The Fastest Way To Lose Weight May Be Much Easier To Achieve Than You Think

If you would like to lose a few pounds, and have been struggling, then this article is for you. I'll give you a couple quick and easy to implement tips that can have you on the fast track to weight loss.

If you ask anybody who has lost a lot of weight, they'll like point to two important things. Diet and exercise. Since most of us hate diet and exercise, we naturally want some miracle cure that will lose our fat for us. But there is an easier way to look at these two things.

When most people think of diet, they think of the actual food that the eat. What many people don't realize is that when you eat has just a big impact as what you eat. They did a study on some mice. One group was given x number of calories, at one time during the day. The other group was given the same amount of mouse food, but spread out. Guess what happened? Group one got fat, group two didn't.

So the first step is to simply look at the food you normally eat during the course of a day, and just stretch it out. If you eat three meals, shoot for six. If you eat two big ones, like most people do, shoot for some snacks in between. The cool thing about this is you don't need to change what you eat, only when you eat.

You will probably discover that by spreading your food out, you will actually eat less, which will have an even more impact on your figure. Whether you eat five hundred calories or five thousand calories for lunch, you're still going to get hungry later.

The second trick is exercise. You don't need to hit the gym every day for an hour. (Unless there a bunch of really cute guys there.) It's best to get just a couple minutes of exercise in the morning. And by a couple, I really mean two or three minutes. This will jump start your body into energy burning mode. Just do a couple sit ups, maybe a push up or two, or some squats.
